I graduated from the university of Orléans, France, in 1999 where I started my career as a software engineer. By 2007 I had moved back to the UK and was working exclusively on designing and building websites. Most clients I have worked with have been small to medium sized businesses using WordPress.
Most of my day-to-day work is developing WordPress themes and plugins. I have also worked with other content management systems – including writing my own.
In recent years I have taken on a more senior role in my team by providing mentoring, and creating tools that aid the team as a whole.
I have a good awareness of peripheral technologies like the domain name system, or search engine optimisation and have experience working with a wide-range of third-party services.
I value clear, clean-cut design built with industry best-practices in mind to make websites that are accessible, resilient and performant.
Outside office hours I enjoy spending time with my son and other half, riding my mountain bike, cooking good food, eating good food, and working on side projects.
